iCampus
Student organizations on college campuses spend thousands of dollars each year to advertise their events. They use flyers, tabling, emails, Facebook, and many other methods to reach as many students as possible. However, many students ignore these advertisements as most events being advertised have nothing to do with their interests. Because of this, many students are unaware of all the events that go on at their campus, and miss out on possible events that could have been interesting for them. iCampus addresses these issues by offering a suite of web and mobile applications so student organizations can effortlessly announce and students can easily search through campus events.
The vision of iCampus is to make all campus wide events information easily accessible to all students through web and mobile applications. iCampus provides a centralized location for event postings while carefully categorizing these occasions to be targeted to one's interests.
